On the other hand if the yogi has centered his vital energies between the

eyebrows but still has some desires left then he associates himself with the

mind and the senses. Slowly he passes through various planets or lokas till he

reaches the Brahmaloka. There he is ultimately freed of all desires and realizes

his unity with Brahman. Here he reaches the position of no more births and

deaths. This is called gradual liberation.
