closing the Kriyananda thread

I have closed the "SRF and Swami Kriyananda" thread because I perceive entrenched positions being reiterated, a process from which I feel little hope that good fruit can come. I also see a comment about Mr Walters and a link to words written by him, both of which do not meet the highest standard of non-criticism of others practised by our Guruji and upheld here in the Posting Guidelines.

Anyone who is curious about and unfamiliar with the contention between Mr Walters (= 'Swami Kriyananda') and SRF might wish to begin by reading through the thread "Choosing an organization, SRF or other" in the Yoga and Meditation subsection, where in my opinion all the views expressed are restrained, gentle, and accurate as to facts.
